Governance system of Bamasop is divided in five categories professionals & experts, who are actively engaged -
1.General
Body-GB
The general body comprised with the official representatives of the alliance members. The number of the General Member is not limited. Awarding membership is an ongoing process, any non government organization registered under with any appropriate authority can be a member at any time. After completion of the application process and upon approval by Executive Committee an organization became a member of the General Body. The GB members have to pay yearly subscription to remain active under the network. The GB can sit as necessary but once a year mandatory for final approval of annual accounts & activities report. They have the right to vote on any matter placed before the any meeting and the Executive Committee is elected by the General Body for a term of two years.

Advisory
Committee-AC
The General Body in its meeting nominate maximum five individuals to
constitute an advisory committee for a term of five years also have the right
to co opt any person to fill any post when a position is lying vacant .Any
member of the Advisory Committee can join in any meeting like EC or GB
individually or can sit together separately to advice the EC in writing through
the Director.
3.
Executive
Committee-EC
A 15 members
Executive Committee elected by the General Body for a term of two years constituted
with President, 5 Vice Presidents, 1 Treasurer & 8 Executive Members. As per
the memorandum the Director act as Member Secretary of the EC. He is responsible for all of this acts &
deeds to the Bamasop Executive
Committee. The EC is the supreme decision making body
of the organization. Asper the memorandum a standard democratic process of election to be
followed periodically for formation of EC.
4. Professional
Team:
The professional team is engaged for implementing all of its plan & activities. The Director
is
the team leader of all the professionals. The present Team leader is well experienced human
rights activist who started his
human rights career in 1988,He is supported by
professional staff & volunteers is responsible for implementation of
all programs, activities,
administration, coordination and communication, he is the custodian of the
assets & documents of Bamasop. The
expert human rights activists form
the EC members
are volunteering their service with various capacity in implementing human rights program and in policy management. Project based experienced professional are recruited as &
when necessary through a recruitment & procurement committee.
5.
Sub-Committees:
The Sub -Committees are formed as and when necessarily required. Sub Committees is constituted with minimum 3 members one from EC
the others from the GB to assist the Executive Committee & Sr. Professional
Team members on administration,
procurement, Program. Finance & Internal Audit sub Committee is formed headed by Treasurer .The sub
committees working by advising & guiding asper
policy as & when needed to the EC & Director.
